Freestanding clean rooms are a cost-effective solution when you want to create a controlled environment in an existing facility without having to invest in expensive renovation work. The unit can be suspended, or installed on wheels if you are looking for a mobile controlled environment.

Technical informations:

The air lock, like the other parts of the freestanding clean room, is made of stainless steel (structure) and acrylic panels. A door made of PVC strips provides easy access to the main room..


The plenum is used to cover the clean room's roof components, such as the filter/fan modules, the lights (fluorescents), and the wiring. Among other things, this facilitates cleaning by giving you easy access to components.

Control panel
The control panel, located at the air lock entrance, is used to group all switching on and reading functions of the clean room's components, such as the fan / HEPA filters, the lighting system, and the differential pressure gauge.
